I took a stab at this for ExperimentalProteoform dots in #327, but it would be nice to tidy up and apply to theoreticals, too.

There's a bug in cytoscape (I reported it to them) that doesn't allow the text to wrap in the tooltip, so I'd rather put the information in the node table.

The cytoscape bug still prevents including more information in the cytoscape tooltip.
