What criteria are you using for mass shifting? Could we suggest potential mass shifts to the user with reasoning as to why they might be reasonable to consider? That might help them get better results with less effort.

I love this idea because it's very tedious to go through all the missed mono's and some of them are low intensity so unless I look through every single peak I miss them (for label free that is daunting)
