ProteaseGuru does not open

[Ursus3Arctos]

I have downloaded and extracted the zip file into Program Files, and downloaded both NET Core 3.1 (which is listed on the front github page) and NET Core 6.0 when I was prompted by the software. Nevertheless, nothing actually happens then I try to open the ProteaseGuru GUI.exe. I have tried the same steps on two different (Windows) PCs.
