How to change FDR value when using XL search?

Hello all, I am struggling to find a way to edit the 1% FDR filter when using the XL search task. Within the search task window, there's no way to edit pep_Q values, but by opening the task in a .toml file there are two settings: QValueThreshold = 0.01 and PepQValueThreshold = 1.0. I've tried editing the .toml file and dragging and dropping it into the task overview, which works, but when I run the sample and go to the task settings in the output file, it goes back to its pre-edited settings.

Has anyone been able to figure out how to edit FDR? It's also entirely possible that I'm not seeing something

I don't think any filter is applied. You just have to look in the q-value column and choose the q-value that is appropriate for your needs (e.g. 0.01 for 1%).

Maybe you can explain if you are looking for something different?
