Uploading Notes to Label Studio

Note that for Label Studio activities (i.e. using cumulus-etl upload-notes), you will need a second client application registered with Cerner.

Your first will likely have been registered as a Millennium Bulk Data client. But you'll need just a basic Millennium R4 client for doing chart review, as it makes non-bulk-data requests.
