Instead of waiting for LangChain to implement Reflexion or RCI, we can implement a reflection chain with two prompts:

"Review your previous answer and find problems with your answer"

"Based on the problems you found, improve your answer."

These prompts are inspired by Language Models can Solve Computer Tasks and were originally shared here.
