[1.7.10] Sewers with Range Upgrades stop Working #711

Sewers with Range Upgrades sometimes stop working.

How to repruduce:

place some Sewers(side by side).
add something that removes/stores the Sewage Fluid.
spawn some Cows above them.
add Range Upgrades to the Sewers.
if the Sewers work just retry.

Mod Version: 2.8.1-174
ModPack: Colony - Space
