Vue 3 support

Vue 3 is becoming common. When are you planning on upgrading the Nextcloud vue example to VUE 3 ?

Most of the documentation I find on NextCloud is deprecated, which is very frustrating when you are trying to learn the API.

This repository was very useful for me. It allowed me to get started and figure out what a modern NextCloud app should look like, which allowed me to filter deprecated doc pages from up to date doc pages.

The most useful NextCloud doc page I found regarding App development is the following:

Hopefully that link will help other developers in the same situation as myself.

NOTE: That's not the most useful link for this conversation since they are still using Vue 2 in the tutorial, but at least they are using Vue, which is a lot more useful than pretty much any other tutorial pages on NextCloud...
