After sending this email, I did a complete uninstall and reinstall on my Windows 10 PC but it didn't solve the issue. I don't know of anything else I can do to get your desktop software to work. All I get is a while screen when opening the software.
Anyone know what might be causing this?

I think a white screen may be pointing to a WebView2 initialization issue, but as for the specific reason... may require some digging, and more context for sure.
I had this issue and was able to resolve it by manually installing the WebView2 runtime from Microsoft. I am running a stripped down version of Windows 10 and have removed Microsoft Edge. From what I was reading WebView2 is distributed to windows via Edge updates. Maybe by removing it I also removed WebView2. Installing the runtime manually resolved this issue for me.
