Description
OutgoingMessage event not found on first iteration of log search. In this case processing of one message will be 90-... seconds.

Environment
IMA Agent: 2.0.0-beta.7
Network: Regression
Schain name: portly-passionate-sirius

Step to reproduce

Actual result
On first iteration of log search agent not found OutgoingMessage event.

Expected
Event should be found in first part of log search(1 day)

NOTE: On second round event was found. Probably problem may be related to boundary values during event search.
