Add simulated MeerKAT beams

Include option to add a primary beam model for MeerKAT and KAT-7 simulations. We will have Primary Beam files on some kind of cloud storage, and they must be downloaded and placed in input/beams before running the simulation. If they aren't there, then simulation should proceed without a primary beam model.

Use fuse, you can mount a storage bucket as a local filesystem.

Ohh ja, I remember an e-mail thread about this. This is a very neat solution.
