broken documentation styling

This might be an issue just for me but the docs seem to be broken.

I have tried everything reloading the page, using Edge instead of Chrome. can't figure it out.

Maybe its user-specific, timezone specific? Cloudflare may be blocking CSS files ? My browser? I don't know.

I don't see this issue on any device that I use. Without a way to demonstrate the issue, I can't fix it.

I really don't know what to tell you other than just inform you that for some users it is broken.
