Make getCurrentPageMap synchronously return the import-map currently in use, without fetching again #108

When the app starts, it fetches import-map.json, but if I call getCurrentPageMap it fetches again, possibly giving discrepant results from what the page is currently using and the new version on remote.

It would be good to have it return the exactly importmap currently in use, without fetching.
