Github enterprise edition usually needs VPN to log in, but in my Macbook pro, chrome auto starts before Tunnelblick, and the github enterprise cannot be accessed, and notifier shows a red question mark and won't retry anymore unless I click the notifier icon, and I need to do this every time.
