I think you had updated to v2.60.2, since he release of v2.60.3 was made ~12 hours after this issue was originally posted. Those two releases were on back-to-back days, so it may have been a bit confusing.

v2.60.2 had fixes that did not apply across all locales/languages (#2167 (comment)). I then made changes to work across all locales for v2.60.3.
