Highlight premium domains

Premium domains should somehow be highlighted in this dropdown:

I've been using SimpleLogin for months (only via the browser extension) and didn't know premium domains even existed. Highlight options: different background color for the dropdown-item, a golden star next to it, etc.

That's indeed a good idea, we'll make sure to add this in the next version then.

Wanted to bump this since it's a bit annoying having to remember which domains are premium. Also helpful would be writing it behind the domain name like on the website:
