Amplifier Issues (fixed by jackhammer)

After installing new cryocards to the LATR, we were not able to bias any amplifiers. The cryocards reported maximum current values (of 33 or 55) regardless of gate/drain voltages. For example:

This issue was solved by jackhammering. To my knowledge, the SMuRFs had not been hammered since installing the cryocard crates.
