SMuRF and sodetlib support through github discussions

Hi all SMuRF and sodetlib users!

I would like to start experimenting with using this github discussions page as a hub for smurf debugging and general smurf and sodetlib support.

Though the current support network of slack-channels is nice for quick turnaround debugging, it is very bad for retaining information, or searching through problems that have already been solved.

In addition, the complex nature of SMuRF and sodetlib mean that there are many things that users may want to do which are currently difficult to figure out due to scattered or non-existant documentation. Building better documentation is always a goal we strive for, but I think building out this discussions page with general questions and answers will allow us to transition to a state where new users can more easily learn how to run smurf with less dependence on the nearest smurf-expert.

So if you have any issues, or questions about smurf usage, please start a discussion, and I or another smurf expert will try to get back to you! If a question is urgent, feel free to post the discussion here and then notify relevant people or channels so we can quickly respond on the discussion page.
