GHC 9.6.1 is out (and reportedly 10% faster). hledger-lib and hledger now build with it, if you ignore bounds with cabal build --allow-newer. hledger-ui and hledger-web are blocked on jacobstanley/unix-compat#61, which may resolve soon.

jacobstanley/unix-compat#61 is resolved and hledger-ui now builds with GHC 9.6.1. hledger-web is blocked on yesodweb/clientsession#37.
