Redownloading a video or image

I downloaded from a creator and some of her videos did not go through ffmpeg for some reason, so I cannot play them on any kind of player. I need to redownload them, yet they are always considered downloaded already no matter what I do. May be I overlook a workaround or something. There are many videos that I have already downloaded. I may have to delete the entire folder for this specific creator which I want to avoid.
