Signal Story Link (Preview) missing

Bug description

When I share a Story with a Link via Signal Desktop I add a Link, the Link disapears and nobody else can see the Link on Signal Android (also my own devices do not show the link (preview)).

This is not the same Isse as: #13589

Steps to reproduce

• Upload a Story on Signal (Desktop)
• Add a link
• Share the Story
• Story won't show up on other devices, especially never on Signal Android

Actual result: Just Text Story, no Link
Expected result: Text Story should include a Link and an Link Preview
