Translate pop up button appears randomly all over page on load - and hovers sticky

On some pages (including my own) the translate popup button appears randomly

This hapens even though

• I blacklisted the url in the plugin
• I disabled the plugin for that webpage (toggle from plugin)

I have seen this happen on other pages too though, but since it happens on my page I can say I am using Worpress with elementor.
The buttons hover over the page, not moving when I scroll down (sticky).
When I click any of the buttons they disapear - not neccesairliy the one I clicked though and no translation apears.
When i toggle the plugin's on off toggle, also a random number of those pop up buttons disapear every time i toggle, no matter if on or off. Totally weired.
