I use and prefer deepl (works better), however it doesn't support every language, and recently I've been reading pages in less popular ones (Catalan) for which it obviously fails. One option is to simply switch to google in options, but it's somewhat tedious for a couple of sentences only to go back to deepl in a moment.
Proposal: if language is not supported by deepl, automatically fallback to google (as option for privacy reason, possibly add some indication in pop-up that fallback happened).
Alternatively an option (in page/toolbar pop-up) to manually switch to google for that single translation.
