Intel NPU Extension Support

I'm not sure if this is too new or too niche still but it looks like the Intel NPU is starting to get support seeing how it is now added to the intel kubernetes device plugin (link).

From some discussions I have seen the AMD NPU drivers are not nearly as well supported. While it is pretty niche it isn't really any more niche than the gasket driver that is already supported in this repo.
