给浏览器设置了全局热键，但是每次按热键后都会打开一个新的实例窗口。
如何能设置禁止打开新的实例，就是如果应用程序已经打开，那么按下快捷键时就会切换到这个任务窗口中来，而不是再打开一个窗口。
