Subject: [PATCH] docs: update the repo premise

Now that ShadowTheAge is back for the purpose of making the
original Yafc compatible with 2.0, we need to update the premise
for this repository.

One of the arguments for using Yafc instead of Yafc-CE is that Yafc supports dotnet 6 for older systems, when Yafc-CE moved to dotnet 8.
