开启自启 start fail 的原因是在网络还未连通之前就直接启动代理了，导致代理失败。

一个可行的方案是: 启动应用不立即启动代理，而是监听网络连通性，如果网络已连通则直接启动，否则监听等待直到网络连通后才启动后端代理服务。
