Take bams as input

It'd be nice to be able to supply the test and control bam directly as inputs, and walk them in step with e.g. pysam pileup iterators

Agreed. I had the same thought back in my QIMR days. The original requirement was from pileup though, and at this point I can't see myself having the time to make that big of a change. Has the paper progressed? Cheers Liam PS. 🐟
