OpenCVSharp dlls (assembly) versions are incorrect #1704

In Windows the dll versions is incorrect.
This cause, that the Windows installer doesn't upgrade the file if you have make an installer.

In the last version (4.10.0.20240616) it is the same.

This problem occured any of the OpenCVSharp files.

OpenCvSharp.dll
OpenCvSharp.Extensions.dll
OpenCvSharpExtern.dll
etc.

Any news?
I think it is a big problem when these files is in production, but easy to add the correct versions.
