Fork Packer Cloudstack plugin

Hello,

We are a small company that has recently started evaluating Apache CloudStack. We are currently creating all templates using Hasicorp Packer, and we would like to continue doing so with Apache CloudStack. However, we currently see a major issue, as the Packer plugin is not being maintained. Could someone please take over its maintenance or fork the plugin[1]?

We are very excited about the Terraform update! Thank you very much!
