dynamic manifest creation after live (using saved audio and video segments)

After some live event , if we have to deliver some event from that live using saved chunks , how can we achive it.
How can we maintain synchronization of the video.
The index values of segments may vary they dont sync to their respective audio/video segments.
Then how can we achive this functionality.
We cant slice the m4s also if we try to slice , sequence to match recpective index for proper sync.
any one have idea how can we achive
