aab can't find libsslocal.so

Describe the bug
When I build this app by *.aab. It will crash in thread of "com.github.shadowsocks.bg". But when I run this app by *.apk, it will not happen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'home'
2. Click on 'connect'
3. It will crash.

Expected behavior
I hope it will connect success as same as *.apk

I met this problem too, but only happens on a small amount of devices

Yes, android.bundle.enableUncompressedNativeLibs should be set to false
But there are about 0.1% or less devices still met this problem when aab uploaded to Google Play.
Some are error=13, Permission denied, and others are error=2, No such file or directory

Just resolve issue by adding

android {

packagingOptions {
jniLibs.useLegacyPackaging = true
}

}

to project build.gradle
