some languages append sentences repeatedly

What happened: Transcription appends new sentences instead of new words, this makes it quite unusable and the max limit would be reached faster.

Expected behavior: Transcription must not duplicate sentences.

This one's a tough one, this "bug" varies on devices and versions, maybe. There's no way I want to test for every languages, both in desktop and mobile.
