Add some memory benchmarks

We're not benchmarking memory usage for the afdist calculation at all, and it's a natural thing to ask. We probably do need quite a lot of RAM for doing this with Dask.

Should do some sort of supplemental plot where we show corresponding memory usage for whole-matrix compute at least.
