Check feasibility of sharing link to a specific honegumi configuration using URL parameters

As-is, the URL stays the same regardless of the grid selection within honegumi. It might be worth exploring how to have URL parameters/query strings (e.g., https://honegumi.readthedocs.io/en/latest/?objective=single). Fallback is just to link to the corresponding "Open in GitHub" or "Open in Colab" notebook. If the Open in Colab notebook, a cell could be added which shows the corresponding configuration (probably wouldn't want to do this within the GitHub script - since that is what's getting used directly in the grid).
