Notes

  • As a user, I want to be able to set whatever times I want for a block
  • As a user, I want to be able to manage my team so that I can
  • Color-coding team members on each block
  • Consider how to integrate collaborators on a GitHub repo with Teams on Setblocks

UI Elements

Team List Page

  • This page shows a simple list of all projects that have been imported from GitHub
  • 1st-time user: Show a button to add a new "team", when clicked it shows a list of GitHub repos along with the collaborators who will be able to add blocks (check permissions?)
  • Added team show as a list and users can import more Github repos later

Team Detail Page

  • This page shows all the team members (collaborators) as well as some metrics about how much time is being spent by each member working on issues
  • Donut/pie/other chart showing how many setblocks from each team member have been scheduled for the current week
  • As a user I want to be able to see a full weekly view of all blocks scheduled from all team members
  • Filter this weekly view by person to hide/show blocks

Scheduling Page

  • Setblocks should be defined as any 2-hour unit of time that start at any half-hour of the day
  • Brainstorm and devise a creative interface for scheduling blocks
  • Daily view vs weekly view?
