[Feature] Add Text-based query builder support

To give finer control over queries, allow for explicit definition of the query. I would almost say this should even be a direct use of SQL queries here. I put in the NCBI style query builder as the example.

Related, put the query for a given virome into the URL so that a given virome can be re-accessed.
