What problem does the feature solve?

Implementation

  • Adopt a proper development/debugging workflow
  • Update contributing.md
  • Consider removing install-dev-ext

**Additional Information **

  • Editor Profiles (i don't have the link right now) could be beneficial as well.

Removed breaking label as minimum requirement is 1.74.0 since 063a086
