Default permissions for new users

It would be useful to be able to prepare default permission settings for newly created users in advance.

This would be especially useful when using PocketBase's external authentication provider feature.
I tried logging into UpSnap at OIDC and there was nothing I could do at that time.
For example, it would be nice to have a way to turn on Allow xxxxx to create new devices and edit device groups by default.
