In Storybook -Template, User need to click 'New Message' to see template

🔢 Steps to Reproduce

Go to http://localhost:6611/?path=/story/local-form-elements-newmessage--all-templates
User need to click 'New Message' to see template

⚙️ Expected behavior

We need to shows the UI as click 'New Message' without click that text
