[enhancement] possibility to use ticks without circles

Hi,

for a project I working on, I need to have a slider with snaping on specific values. So I use ticks, i give my values in a array assigned to "ticks" variable, and set "lock_to_ticks" to true.

But in certain cases, values are numerous and it's result too many tick's circle are displayed.

I don't found any embeded solution to remove ticks circles when ticks are too numerous.
