io-jasper module has a dependency to lowagie itext in a version that is no longer available on Maven central.

[INFO] org.seedstack.addons.io:io-jasper:jar:3.0.2-SNAPSHOT
[INFO] +- net.sf.jasperreports:jasperreports:jar:6.12.1:compile
[INFO] |  +- com.lowagie:itext:jar:2.1.7.js7:compile

Workaround is to use jfrog repository
