Error when installing a seed package #4

Hello everyone, I just installed SeedJS and when trying to install the first package, I got this error:

~% seed install koala
Error: Permission denied

Even running with sudo:

~/ seed install koala
sudo: seed: command not found

I followed the installation guide correctly.
