I would like to check if there exists a specific reason why the main Parlot.Scanner.ReadDecimal method is the one that accepts multiple boolean parameters and not the one that accepts NumberOptions? Is it for ease of calling it in Linq expressions?
The reason for asking is that the method with multiple Booleans is harder to extend when an option is added to NumberOptions. I.e., for each option that is added, we need to add a parameter to ReadDecimal. This is doable, of course, but much more changes are required across the code.
