抽离具体的 plugin 单独维护 #5

如今天讨论，为方便简单业务使用场景下，让 makit 更轻量，需要把本仓库中具体 plugin 抽离出来。具体地，

简单的，可以作为其他基础的。比如 copy，touch，move。集合到 makit-plugin-core，或者直接内置在 makit
其他的，单独仓库维护。拆分具体列表后执行。

每抽离一个，在这里移除实现逻辑并引用抽离后的。单元测试等工作也抽离出去具体做。
