The TimeInput time picker dropdown and the DateInput calendar dropdown does not emit any input "change" events as the user interacts via mouse.

Some forms listen for "input" and/or "change" events as the bubble up to the <form> element, while the DateInput and TimeInput only emits these events from user key presses.
