Connection seems there, no solution shown

I am connecting to this with Bluetooth:

When starting the service I see that the green status lights are blinking and something is received, however I do not see any signal from th solution, .pos files are empty.

it might be a wrng configuration, but I can't do more than add the device as a bluetooth device.
