It seems counter-intuitive to me to have a monitoring toggle within Overseerr for a user. The monitoring status of shows/movies does not appear to be tracked in Overseerr today. What reason does a user have to do more than make a request? Why would you want to give this feature to users and allow them to override your will as the administrator in the appropriate service? And what happens when two-or-more users fight over the monitoring status of a media item? Overseerr is a "request management and media discovery tool" but I feel like adding monitoring toggles steps into "media management" territory.
Description
As a user, it would be useful to be able to toggle a show's/movie's monitoring status from Overseer's Dashboard.
Desired Behavior
Add an icon to the Overseerr Dashboard to toggle between Monitored and Unmonitored. This selection would be transferred to Radarr/Sonarr/etc.
