Commander Masters language and print inconsistencies

Issue
This is a few different overlapping apparent issues that seem to stem from CMM languages not being handled right.

Example:
Prismatic Piper

Pathrazer of Ulamog

Prismatic Piper is listed as being only in four languages, when Pathrazer of Ulamog is seemingly available in multiple languages.

However, despite it apparently not "existing", a page for Prismatic Piper exists for example in Simplified Chinese. It even includes a relevant card image.

This isn't true for every language that is listed under Pathrazer; for example, there is no Portuguese printing page for Prismatic Piper. Meanwhile, the Portuguese page for Pathrazer of Ulamog is missing a card image entirely, despite being listed as a legal language. There are actually no card images at all for Portuguese cards that apparently exist in CMM, even when they have pages.

These inconsistencies continue throughout the set in multiple languages, and results in gaps that don't seem to align precisely to specific products. To use Simplified Chinese as an example, there are large swaths of cards that just don't either don't appear entirely, or just lack images.
