I am contemplating building my own SCART cables and for PAL SNES I need to place 75 ohm resistors instead of 220uf caps. I could just place these on CR1, CG1 & CB1 and bridge the others right?

Hi,
In attachment the schematic for a PAL SNES.
That's what I use on my SNES.

I'm using the luma signal as csync. If you want to use the composite video (I really don't recommend) put a 75 ohm resistor on RC2.

Of course, do not populate the buffer section and close the nobuf jumper.
